In addition to cooking in the kitchen with my Grandmother. I also was baking along side her. Over the years I developed a flair for baking and pastry.

I create custom cakes. I take bits of information about the cakes recipient and create a unique cake for them based on hobbies, likes, interests, etc. One such cake was for a mother-to-be that collected dragonflies and carrousels. The resulting cake was a working carrousel with dragonflies in place of horses.

This is a South Carolina drivers liscence with a car on it for a first time driver's 16th birthday. The car is a seperate cake itself which can be incorporated into many other designs as well.
