"I have known Chef Richard a good share of my life. It only seemed right to have him cater my wedding. I can honestly say I am probably his most difficult client; growing up in the food service industry myself.

I was a little concerned with the fact he would have to drive over a hundred miles to cater our event. However, distance was not a factor. Chef Richard accommodated my husband and I beyond our expectations. I have planned many company events and never did they come to me. Chef Richard was truly my personal chef. He let me know what was going on in every aspect. He even invited me to pick out the bread I wanted!

Even those of us who grew up in the industry forget things. He did not. All he had to know was where the closest vendors were, and he took it from there! I have many family and friends who have various illnesses, and he was able to work around those issues. Chef Richard did not cater the event at a facility he had ever been to. The location had some technical issues, which I did not find out about until after the reception was over. He and his assistant had a take-charge attitude and made my special day a memorable one for all the right reasons."
